Nice hotel and good location for moving to next place via bullet train. Found a nice bakery right by the metro stop for the hotel for breakfast. Rooms quite small but free bottled water every day, lovely cleaners and helpful staff.

everything feel very good at this hotel especially the staff so friendly and welcoming,I feel very great about stay here,the only thing I feel little unhappy is the cleaning staff not change bad sheet for me after stay more than 10days

We loved our executive king and how spacious it was. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. This will be our hotel every time we visit Tokyo. Arigato!

It's so loud
I complained that I was running upstairs, but I still ran around. Chun Jung's back rang and I couldn't sleep because I was running from dawn. After the tour, I came into the room and I still ran. After talking to the front desk, it was quiet for a while, and then ran again from dawn. I told him on the phone that it was too loud to sleep, but no action was taken. It was the worst trip ever
