The hotel staff was so nice; they waited for me to arrive at the property after my flight landed in Tokyo late. I really appreciated all that they did. Also, I asked if I could extend my check-out time, and they said I could if I sign up for a rewards card.

Overall I had a great experience here. Most staff were very kind and the breakfast here was amazing. Two things I noticed were, some young staff didn’t provide good service and the trash bag with trash inside was left by the cleaning staff right next to my door. If the hallway is kept clean without trash bags right next to my door everyday it would’ve been a perfect stay.

The service from all the staff is exceptional! They always greet me with a "welcome back!" I had some excess luggage, and they helped me roll all 30 fl down to the airport bus. I really enjoy this boutique hotel.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. This time I have selected river view room. Glad to be able to view Mt Fuji while I am working! Convienent location - close to Shibuya, many shops/restaurants just below the hotel. Staff are very nice and helpful with Amazon packages and also to resolve my issues with highway bus online reservation and payment. They helped me to call highway bus to figure out my mistakes (e.g. need to switch to Japanese keyboard to type my Japanese name). Many thanks.

Rooms were VERY small by Western Standards. Queen size bed and 2x carryon filled the rooms. Morning breakfast staff was very unhelpful and unable to accommodate. Do not recommend the place.

Wonderful Hotel
We stayed at this hotel for the last 2 nights of our 2 weeks trip to Japan. We picked the hotel because 1. It’s close to our son’s apartment 2. It’s close to the station and surround shopping areas. 3. Close to Tokyo. The view from our upgraded corner room was amazing and bathroom is wonderful! The staff at the front desk were all nice. We didn’t know in advance but there was a non-stop bus service with fee from the hotel to Haneda Airport! That was such a relieve for us not to take trains to the airport with 4 luggages on the last day in Japan.

Location was perfect, the view was the best part! Staff was so nice and welcoming! If I had to say something it would be that I wish they had a microwave and a slightly bigger fridge.
