The beds are cozy and the views are spectacular. The garden was my favorite part of our stay. Conveniently located near a hospital, several konbini, and Shinagawa station. I will be staying again, soon!

A traditional hotel with shuttle bus running among four locations, which gives a chance to explore others within the same brand. It would be great, if it stops at Shinagawa station directly, to save the walk between the exits without overhead cover when raining.

Lovely hotel. Maybe the furniture in the rooms need a bit of updating. But view from room was beautiful and staff were superb. Only disappointment is pool is not at the hotel its next door and expensive to use. Didnt spoil our stay

The front-desk staff is very friendly and helpful, as is the shuttle driver and the staff who assisted with a laundry request and a lightbulb issue in our bathroom. We loved our stay at the hotel. The onsite 7-Eleven is so convenient, and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. The room was large and clean. The hotel is close to Shinagawa Station, so it was nice to have a quiet place to stay after a long day in the busy city. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again if we have the opportunity. Even with a 4-night stay, we didn't have time to try everything the hotel has to offer.
