I loved and enjoyed my stay here, I loved that the station was very close and that there were convenient stores all over the hotel. Every time we’d get back from our daily outing the room was always neat and clean, I do appreciate the care that we were in. There are multiple options of good foods just in a walking distance from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel just for how easily you can walk from the train station and back every time you go out and for the amazing room service.

You have to call the hotel for shuttle service which is not provided after certain hours. I had to get a taxi instead. It cost me about 4500 yen.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It conveniently located near Shinagawa Aquarium, a train station and the airport. If interested in the free airport shuttle, be aware that some information is not accurate. My reservation confirmation stated the hotel picks up with flight information but the hotel only has the schedule The time table is as follows. [Timetable] *Hotel → Haneda Airport Terminal 1~3. 5:50 / 7:20 / 8:50 / 10:20 / 11:50 *Haneda Airport Terminal 1 → Hotel 19:00 / 20:20 / 21:40 It is a first-come-first-served basis, not a reservation system. If the bus is full, you will not be allowed to board. Also, the breakfast buffet doesn’t open until 7am so it doesn’t work well if you plan to take an early shuttle to the airport.

We stayed here for 9 nights.The staff were very helpful. Location was great, only 5 minutes walk to the station. Great Indian Restaurant and convenience store across the road. Lovely room. Would stay again.

Longer walk for those with wheel luggages
The location isn’t as strategic as I thought. It is walking distance to the subway station but with stairs. Me and my partner both having 29inches of luggage’s. It took a us awhile to find another way to get to the hotel, have to pass through slopes and other buildings.

Hotel was 'fine' Nothing outstanding or noteworthy. The foyer was always full of noisy people waiting for tour busses etc. You had to force your way through, to get in or out of the exit doors. Very offputting on arrival
