The property was nice decent place to stay. The cleaning was not so great , I would have liked to have my room cleaned better after being there for 15 days. No disinfection of the bathroom was ever done. My biggest issue was not being able to use my meal tickets for family that I paid an extra 75 dollars for. I had to throw the tickets away I was not allowed to let my family that visit me use them.

This hotel was a wonderful stay. There is a beautiful temple right across the street, lots of restaurants around and quick walk from the train station. The staff were always incredibly helpful as well. If we come back to Kyoto, we will be staying here again.

The property was close to the train which was nice. It is a 10 minute walk to the station and 15 ish to the mall/shopping area. The room are always tide after each day, but there are collected dust and also painted over mold.

The property was a little further from the station than what I thought but still walkable. It was a great family room with 4 king single beds but looked too small for 2 full sized adults. The room looks a little tired and the carpet probably needs a clean but it served us well for the 2 nights we were there. I deliberately chose the hotel for its free airport shuttle but the first transfer was 5:50 am which was too late for an 8 am flight so we ended up having to catch a taxi anyway. Had I known that I probably would have chosen a different hotel in a better location.
