Good and comfy hotel
Quite a convinent hotel at its location. Breakfast is gd and the room is gd enough for 1 person staying If you do not want house keeping. They offer free beverage or snacks instead. Which is quite nice.

Hotel staff were all helpful! Better breakfast food selection needs to be offered. Inadequate instructions on how to use coin laundry and have to bother staff to how to use it. Good experience for me!

This is a simple hotel very close to Ueno Station. The room is quite small as is the bathroom. However, both served their purpose. The bath water was nice and hot. Breakfast was simple but filling. The desk service was great.

Very good location, but very small room with door located outdoors, more like a motel. The room only fit a twin bed and it was very difficult to fit my full sized suitcase (only 1) - had to keep it closed and open it on my bed. The staff were very nice and the area was safe. The room was extremely clean and the hotel gave out very nice toiletries.

I stayed for 7 nights and really enjoyed my stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and hospitable, making check in and check out very easy. The room was to normal Japanese standard size, but very clean and with good amenities. A highlight was the included breakfast, with a different range of choices each day which were all very delicious. The hotel was a short walk to the nearest stations which was handy. I highly recommend staying here for a convenient and quiet place in Ueno.

距離上野站很近又安靜的街區，過一條大馬路就是熱鬧的阿美橫丁。房價較親民，免費早餐也好吃，很適合經濟行或者第一天抵達或離開來往成田機場入住：）

It was in a great location, very close to Ueno train station, walkable to shopping mall/street, and museums. The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean.

The hotel overall and room were clean and the staff was efficient and helpful. The only issue was that at least the floor I was on was exposed partially exposed to the outside as it was not a fully enclosed building and when returning back to the room after a while out, the room is hot because the hallway is hot as it is exposed to the outside and the AC cannot be kept on without the room key inserted into the slot inside the room.

洗濯機がまた2台増えたらいいのになぁ。 The overall experience is fantastic, the staff are able to deal with customers in any language and are really welcoming. I would say it would be better if there could be more washing machines.

I loved: 1) Location Very close to Ueno station and still in a very quiet area 2) Efficiency: Many toiletries to choose from, many services 3) Breakfast: Excellent choices, included in the fee 4) Facilities: Coin Laundry, Coffee and Tea, etc. Loved this Hotel and definitely will come back.
