Nice Stay
Easy access from the train station. Friendly and welcoming staff. Complimentary robes and toiletries are available. Snack time is open at 10 pm for a few hours. They offer borrowing a stuffed animal and books for night time. The room was nice. I was exhausted from my plane ride from California and found the bed a little hard but got used it as the days went by and slept well. Shuttle to Disney is a plus, just make sure to make a reservation. Convenient stores and restaurants are very close.

The hotel was close to the train station. Many eateries and convenient shopping. The staff was very hospitable, hughly recommended. Will definitely stay there again.

First I will begin with the location on the property. It’s is surrounded by shops and lots of food options. The room is extremely small, but clean. They offer a shuttle to Disneyland. It is pretty far from Tokyo Tower. Finally, the staff was so welcoming and always wagered to assist. All and all, you can’t beat the price.

We had to do an early pre-check in because we arrived too early. They tagged our luggage and stored it while we went to Disneyland. They provided free shuttle pick up from Disneyland with an appt. made during our pre-check in. Our triple room was small, but if you don't have to open luggage to sort, it was fine. Amenities provided were fine, additional items were accessible in the lobby. Breakfast for nominal cost was great with a variety of items to choose from. Hotel staff was also very accommodating and efficient. Location was perfect - less than 5 minute walk from Nisei-Kasai train stop! Adjacent to shopping mall with restaurants and some shopping. Enjoyed our one night stay there!

Yes rooms are tight, the smallest we experienced actually. However We loved this hotel. Could not fault anything during our 4 night stay. Staff above and beyond helpful from moment of arrival and more so when our passport was stolen ( pick pocket). Location was great 5 minutes to metro and bus with no noticable traffic noise at all. Free shuttle to and from disney parks Baggage hold was welcomed to allow us a few extra hours of sites without needing to take bags Bikes available, breakfast option onsite however we didnt try this during our stay. Beautiful foyer offering free refreshments and room amenities including books,toiletries and teddy for children. Food and shopping Everywhere AND CHEAP! Felt safe at all times, train and buses to everything we wanted to see with no issues. Would stay again. X

I recently booked a triple room at this hotel, and overall, I found it to be quite clean. The staff provided excellent service and were very friendly, which made our stay quite comfortable. However, the room itself was a bit cramped, and the refrigerator was not cold enough. Apart from that, everything else was satisfactory.

The staff was really great and helpful. This hotel was literally right next to the station so it was easy to get to and from things in Tokyo. There’s a lot of dining options around which was great. Room was a little small, but clean and comfortable.

Such an amazing stay. The staff was so sweet and accommodating! There were a few reviews complaining about their free shuttle to Tokyo Disney, but we had no problems booking a reservation spot for the two days we went. Definitely recommend!

Very friendly and helpful staff at all times of day and night. Nice selection of free toiletry items, disposable slippers as well as coffee and tea to make yourself using inroom electric water kettle and comfy robes to borrow during your stay. The bathrooms are great especially the very large tub for soaking sore muscles and adjustable,removable handheld shower head.

All staff at the hotel were very helpful and kind. The room was cleaned often, if you forget any toiletries the hotel supplies them for free and offers refreshments and convenient transportation to Disney Japan. Also, the location is near the metro, Seven-Eleven, and a ton of delicious food places. I will book again.

Location was very convenient to the metro & many food options near by. Family mart & 7-11 were within a block or two away. They also had a money exchange machine within the hotel which was an added bonus. The only downsize was the very flat pillow and they didn’t have any others to spare. Overall would stay again though for price, location & convenience.

생각보다 침대가 커서 여자 2명 자기 불편하지 않았고, 욕실도 깨끗했음. 체크인시 한국인 직원이 있어 편했음. 디즈니 관광시 셔틀 이용할 수 있어 좋았음. 로손과 지하철역도 가까움
