A genuinely great hotel, 5-12minute walk to nearby train stations. The facilities where great, including toiletries, stationary, alcoholic vending machine. The place was quiet (surprisingly as it is near a hospital). They would constantly be cleaning and refreshing towels without needing prompted. My only complaint was the check in process took way longer than it needed to. That would be me mostly being overtly sensitive due to horrendous jetlag. Would recommend and stay again.

The workers were very friendly and English speaking. They had free drinks available but “breakfast” is just bread. The cleanliness was not great though, the mirrors and the actual bed frame had strange white stains on it. Lots of dust throughout the facility, room is also very small.

Quiet street yet feels central and very well connected to many transit stations, connection to the airport, shopping and dining options. Also very close to the Tokyo tower( 15 min walking), Imperial palace and Hamarikyu gardens. Amazing staff, incredibly attentive, polite and professional. Absolute gem of the little hotel.

A 10 or so minute walk from two stations with plenty of food and convenient stores along the way. A typical business hotel with accommodating staff and lobby with lots of drink options for coffee, juices, and even beef broth and corn soup all for free along with breakfast upon request which includes 3 bakery items.

This hotel really surprised my daughter and I. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They were super nice and polite to deal with. The double bed room was a little on the small side, but was very clean. It's located in a very safe neighborhood and we enjoyed our stay here immensely. This was our first experience in Tokyo.

The size of the room is what you expect from the pictures and description. Double room is clean and tidy when I checked in. Minor detail is the bathroom faucet was loose during my stay. Aside from that, everything worked as intended. Hotel has a total of 9 floors and I was given the 7th floor. The location is close to a few convenience stores and in a decent, safe area. However. Depending on which train station you walk to, the walk could range from 7-10 minutes. The door to the lobby is locked at late night and can only be accessed with your room care for added security measures. It seems like a front receptionist staff is always available. The staff were very polite throughout my stay and helpful when I had questions or need help.

Close to public transportation stations! Room was tiny, grateful for the AC that worked. “Breakfast” was 3 pieces of bread with juice or coffee. Staff was very helpful. We checked out early and they let us store our luggage so we could do some last touring before flying out.
