Great base hotel, transport (5mins), shops (2mins) and sightseeing locations are near by (10-30mins walk depending). The rooms are tiny, so a bit of a squeeze but we were out all day and the bed is a good size. Reception was helpful with bag sending service. Beware, the breakfast area is very small, so the food is to be eaten in your room or on the go. Great location.

We were surprised at the low level of sound proofing, as the people in the floor above us were very loud after hours. Staff was responsive, but think it’s a limitation of the building. Also didn’t love the location of the light switch, a complaint I never thought I would hear myself utter. Definitely a middle of the road experience.

The entire stay our toilet smelled of sewage. There were other reviews I found mentioning the same issue with other rooms. Some nights when we walked into the lobby it also smelled of sewage. Hotels in Tokyo are tiny so we were expecting this but we had much better stays in other areas with similar room size. The staff were very nice and the location was great because it was close to the train station. It was one stop to Akihabara and one stop to Asakusa on the TX line. I’m not sure that I’d stay at another ICI again especially for the price we paid.

It was sn excellent stay, the room was clean and the service on site was nice. Only thing is that the service over the phone was not, I tried to call and akso the team from expedia but we always got a person who couldn't or didn't understand English, it was frustrating because we just wanted to let the hotel know that we've like to do a late check in and we never got a concrete answer, fortunately whenee arrive the personal was so nice that the incident was forgotten.

Staff was friendly and professional, room was super clean and spotless, twin beds are wider than normal w/only one pillow. can use a few more clothes hangers and better quality slippers (not for one time usage), no body lotion in room. Perhaps more chairs in lobby and a gym on roof top ? Overall, our 3 nights stay was great 👍
