Perfect base to explore from, with easy access to two metro lines. The room and shared spaces are beautifully designed. There’s a rooftop terrace with great views. Delicious and coffee on-site. Would definitely stay again!

I expected much more. Unfortunately, the property was not in a great neighbourhood ( we were on the 12th floor and could hear a lot and smell food/cigarette smoke). The common areas, such as the elevator and the corridors, were dirty and smelly. The room was not in great condition. The shower had mold in a few areas, the carpet was staines and the mattresses were resting on the floors and had hairs/bugs/lints on them. I would not recommend this hotel.

A good stay for the price! Really convenient location for a lot of museums and Ueno Park. The room was big enough for a single person, but I found it uncomfortably hot and had to have the aircon on all night to be able to sleep. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable but that is personal preference, others might like it. No blackout curtains so being an eye mask! The breakfast was okay but boring, same exact thing every day. Still, tasty!

Great modern hotel with 2 nearby subway train stations within about 5 min walking distance. Free breakfast with our room booked (deluxe twin with balcony) was excellent! Hotel has 3 washers/dryers, a drink vending machine and smoke room on the reception floor.

The hotel was in a quiet area near a convenient train station (you can also walk to Asakusa) and the breakfast was 10/10. Super good breakfast! The only complaint is that our room was really dusty. There was dust on the walls and lampshade above the bed, and on the bed frame area, clock, etc. I asked the front desk to please have housekeeping dust as it was causing allergies, but they never did. Other than that, it was a nice hotel.

My partner and I stayed here for our dream vacation. Perfect hotel, staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were comfy and clean, food was delicious and fresh. I even asked to buy an umbrella during a rainy night and the staff simply said I could borrow it. The laundry being available 24/7 was also so useful. I'd love to stay here again.

Great Stay with Family!
We had a two twin bed connecting room for a family of 4, and it was super helpful having 2 bathrooms! The amenities were good in the room and the we had a very comfortable stay. The pillow and mattress were great - lots of support for a good nights rest. We also added the breakfast option which was helpful so we didn’t have to run around finding food with a toddler every morning. Close by to the metro station - and not a busy location to navigate.

Great hotel in the perfect location to access the interesting bits of Tokyo. I really like the oleer Ueno/Yanaka/Asakusa Tokyo neighbourhoods and this hotel is right in the middle of that. It's perfect. Great food options close by and the hotel was immaculate. I'd highly recommend.
