Staff is very helpful and the Breakfast is always fresh I would stay again for it’s location in Kabukicho close to the train stations and access to any other destinations you have in mind near or far just plan accordingly for certain places.
The room is small but that’s to be expected for Tokyo. The Hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, the location is convenient and close to three subway stations.

Liked: Amenities
cozy hotel with everything you need for a few nights stay. rooms - small, but efficient use of space. impeccably clean. even provided some quality pajama sets. well insulated. never heard neighboring rooms or outside. breakfast buffet was hearty with plenty of japanese and american eats.
neighborhood can get a little “colorful” at night. but totally safe. the real party area is still several blocks away.
pro tip: subway system is awesome. but the airport limo bus is the way to go to:from airport (unlesss during commute hour). nearest station is TOKYU KABUKICHO TOWER/Seibu Shinjuku Staton. 2 minute walk to hotel carrying luggage.
Easy walkable location. Very clean, stuff was super friendly and very helpful! I would highly recommend staying here.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
This hotel is located near the red light district which can be rowdy and quite dirty. The hotel itself was quite clean. The rooms are small and pretty quiet.
Perfect place to stay for the Ramen festival, located in the park just across the street.
Excellent staff, and breakfast options.
Room was comfortable as well.
L'agent hotel is within walking distance to Kabukicho, but is far enough away that it is quiet. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, the room was nice. The breakfast was good and had a lot of variety. Would recommend if you want to stay in Shinjuku.
Staff was excellent, very friendly and super helpful. The room is small! It was just me with 1 full size suitcase and there was barely enough room for me to fold open my suitcase (on the floor) and then had to hop over my suitcase every time I went to the bathroom of left the room. I can’t imagine 2 people staying in the room trying to play Tetris with their suitcases each and every time they need something out of their bag.
Stayed here for 8 days and we loved our stay. Hotel room was a decent size for 2 people and hotel provided all the bath amenities needed so we didn’t need to pack much for our trip. The staff were extremely friendly and the location was great too!
This was a small-room (typical) Tokyo hotel that was spotless, great breakfast (if you don't expect a full Western style) and in crazy, busy Shinjuku. I've lived in Tokyo, knew the area, and wanted to expose friends to the "Shinjuku" experience after a week hiking remote northern Japan. But the rooms were very quiet, never heard a sound from the streets and we were early to bed. Showers and small bathrooms were modern and efficient. About a 10 minute walk from Shinjuku Station. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. We all travel very light, small carry-ons only, and our bags and backpacks fit under the beds very well leaving enough room. Tip for Japan: just don't bring big suitcases. Anywhere, actually. Period. Lots of steps at stations and onto trains and buses. We saw many enormous suitcases in the lobby that probably didn't fit in the rooms. Photos of rooms were accurate. I highly recommend the hotel.
