The hotel itself was fine. I was more impressed with K. Watanabe, one of the front staff. She was most helpful and professional. She made our stay pleasant and was able to help us with our luggage storage. She was also very kind to my mom when she was sick during our stay.

Right over the subway easy to get to anywhere in city good neighborhood plenty of food site seein and drink opportunities private lounge nice touch great views good size room comfortable beds even pajamas and bathrobe breakfast looked good but do not use it thought it was expensive but worth it when going home and need to refuel

방이 넓고, 화장실과 욕조있는 곳도 넓고, 놓여져있는 어메니티도 품질이 좋았어요. 조용하고, 창문 밖 뷰는 열차가 지나가는 뷰였지만 그래도 너무 훌륭한 뷰 였습니다. 저에게는 힐링이 되는 숙박 경험이었습니다.

いろいろと残念です。
今回、２回目の滞在です。前回はパンデミック前でしたが、その時と比べるとかなりサービスの質が落ちています。部屋にセーフティボックスがついてないし(付いているプランでした)、チェックインの際に、朝食についての説明も、こちらから聞くまで何もありませんでした。私の前にチェックインしたお客さんには説明してました。以前にはフロントやレストランにたくさん置いてあったいろんな大きさのマーチくんたちのぬいぐるみも撤去されていて、とても無機質な感じです。朝食も品数がだいぶ減っていましたし、楽しみにしていた一口大のパンナコッタ等のデザートもなくなっているし、お菓子の無料配布もありませんでした。一日目の朝は、コーヒーメーカーも壊れていて使えませんでした。ロッテならではのサービスがなくなってしまい、ここに泊まるメリットももうないかなぁという感じです。
