We stayed in a gaming room. My son really enjoyed that. It was convenient to lots and easy to find. Lots of food options nearby including their restaurant which was delicious. I really enjoyed our stay.

This was an excellent choice! Convieniently placed near Akihabara station, which plenty of choice for shopping and eating nearby. The hotel has unique features with audio speaker in every room. Staff is attentive and polite.

Room was fine, hotel was convenient. Bad sewage smell hits as soon as you exit the hotel doors onto the restaurant terrace, i could not understand how people could sit there and eat food with that smell which was there the entirety of our stay. Having to enter and exit the hotel through the pizza bar/restaurant was a bizarre choice.

We stayed here because my husband liked Akihabara, but the area wasn't my cup of tea. For being the most expensive hotel of the five hotels we stayed in Japan, this offered the least amenities e.g. no pjs or room slippers. The hotel itself was beautiful and it did have a gym, but my husband said you have to reserve it and there's only room for one person at a time. We wanted to eat at their pizza and bar, but it coincidentally was closed the only two days we were there. The front desk staff were VERY helpful as I don't speak Japanese. They gave good advice about not doing luggage transport because it wouldn't be worth it. And even though it didn't have the usual amenities, i was able to borrow a nail clipper and flat iron/curling iron combo from the front desk. I would've liked a water refill station somewhere. Train wise, you're about a 10-15 minute walk from two train stations, but keep in mind you will have to walk through a crowded area with all your luggages.

We couldn't have asked for a better hotel to kick off our honeymoon. The location is perfect, literally a 5 minute walk from Akihabara Station. The aesthetic of the hotel is spot on. Just beautiful! Everything we could've wanted and more. We spent 4 nights here and the staff couldn't do enough for us! Thank you for a memorable stay. We will be back!

Overall excellent for the price, my room had a smell to it if the AC wasn’t on, but could’ve been bad luck. The gym is basically a tiny room and they have it just to day they have a gym, nobody in their right mind actually will use it.
