For the price range, this is one of the absolute best hotels in Tokyo. It scores high in every category - cleanliness, neighborhood, transportation convenience, amenities, service, etc. This is going to sound like a paid-for review but just Google this chain and you will see similar sentiments. Firstly, it's in the heart of Asakusa and literally a 5 minute distance away from Senso-ji if you're looking to get there at the crack of dawn. Despite being deep in a tourist destination neighborhood, it's surprisingly quiet at night. Of course it's close to the two Asakusa stations - which aren't the most convenient lines, but still very close to city center. The rooms are small but clean and have all the things you need, and the breakfast is extremely good, especially if you're looking for traditional Japanese fare. However, the real selling point of this place is the onsite onsen/bathing facility. The convenience of being able to go directly from room to onsen barefoot in your sleepclothes (or the hotel-provided loungewear) simply cannot be overstated. Not only are most onsens and sentos (public bathhouses) in Tokyo not open early, but here you don't even have to leave the hotel! Hitting up the onsen first thing in the morning wakes you up like nothing else and going to the bath daily or even twice a day will have a dramatic effect on your pain recovery after walking around all day, trust me on this one. This location even provides free yakults and ice cream!

Super awesome hotel that has a traditional ryokan feeling to it in Asakusa! The staff was super welcoming and helped with any questions I had! The whole tatami floor style was awesome and it felt like a traditional Japanese hotel while still being in Tokyo. The bath is awesome and you should give it a go even if it’s just once! Overall i recommend this place!

The real Japan
This is the real deal… authentic Japanese experience from the second you walk in the door and the location could not have been better. Lots of perks and the onsen was exactly as I hoped it would be. Not easy for my disabled mom (putting shoe coverings on an amputee isn’t easy), but she loved it anyway and so did I

Fantastic! 10/10 will stay here again!
It was absolutely wonderful ! The location is incredible next to the temple. Tons of places to eat all around the neighborhood. Less intense than other tourist areas much more calm vibe in Asakusa. The hot springs and spa was what made us book there and it was totally worth it! My skin has never felt so soft. It was amazing after a long day of walking around touring Tokyo. From the website we thought there would be a communal area but it’s completely gender segregated must have been a translation error (tho makes sense). Nevertheless, it was so relaxing and a hi light of each day. I didn’t do breakfast included but I did eat one morning and it was wonderful. My only complaint at all is the pillow on the bed was very flat. We will definitely be staying. Here next time in Tokyo!

We had an amazing stay at this onsen hotel. The staff and facilities were amazing and allowed us to feel at ease and relaxed. The breakfast was delicious and unique and the onsen was wonderful. Checking your shoes at the door was great as the entire hotel has tatami floors, adding to the traditional feeling.

This was one of my favorite hotel stays ever! I booked this hotel to experience Japanese onsen for the first time and it was an amazing experience. I would try to do onsen early morning and late at night. You walk around barefoot or with socks and wearing the lounge clothes they give you. I felt like I was at home. The amenities like the free late night ramen and the ice cream at the onsen were much appreciated. The breakfast is an amazing Japanese style breakfast that is well worth it. I will stay here again one day!

Absolutely loved this place. Such a beautiful hotel within walking distance of all of Asakusa. Front desk staff were friendly and so helpful. And you pretty much have all the amenities you could ever ask for from clean towels to a complementary bowl of noodles at night. Let’s not forget about that onsen too. Such a memorable part of our trip.

A vacation from your vacation
This is our mind, body and soul recovery space during wonderful and exhausting vacations. In Japan walking 18,000 steps per day is common. We've stayed in a Onyado Nono hotel in Nara so coming here was a no-brainer. The convenience of checking availability of washer/dryer via room TV simplifies life. Onsen facility is soothing, followed by snacks! And we enjoyed late night ramen more than expected.

As I don’t read Japanese and there was no English signage on the front of property, it was difficult for me to find. There are also 2 properties 1 Japanese Style Dorm which I first went to and couldn’t gain entry I was able to finally find a nice local person who directed me to property which I passed at lease twice, that I was supposed to be at. So, I need more non Japanese identification a beautiful matching sign in English not to take away from the beautiful Entrance of the Property very Japanese style. Great mixture of Japanese & Western style lovely tatami rooms with bed rather than Futon. Onsen Bath if you prefer rather than Shower in your room.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights while in Tokyo. It was a great way to experience the Japanese culture and getting into the onsen at the end of a tiring day is very refreshing and helps with sleep. A lot at the facilities are self-served and you just have to navigate and follow the rules. The hotel is very close to the Sensoji temple is and you see lots of shops around the hotel. Recommend booking well in advance because prices can go up so much close to the travel date.
