We stayed here for 6 nights and for our first time in Tokyo, it was perfect. It was close to the train and all sorts of dining options and shopping. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was small by western standards but it worked. The room was functional and the massage chair was a much loved bonus! Would stay again.

Great stay as always. I’ve stayed in this hotel several times in the past few years, you can’t go wrong with the price and quality. The area is great which is why I keep coming back.

Staff was super helpful throughout our stay and always friendly. Room was smaller than we thought it would be, but was completely manageable with our two suitcases. Being located next to the station also meant that we could easily access each area we had planned for our day trips.

Property is a perfect stay for those that love to shop as it’s very close to many shopping centers. There are many great places to eat nearby. One of my favorite is Kichiri Akihabara. The price of stay is also excellent and won’t break the bank.

Stellar location, excellent service and great room
Absolutely no complaints about the quality of the stay and the service whatsoever. The room was immaculate and you can place instruction stickers on the door in the morning to inform the cleaning staff if you wish for no cleaning or a more limited eco-friendly clean. The check-in service is excellent and the hotel’s staff members are always courteous, helpful and professional. My warm thanks to them for their work. My room offered a shower with a wide view of the nearby western-facing neighbourhood. So if anyone seeks a room on a higher floor and specifically fancies a sweeping view of Akihabara while having a shower (with a rain shower head), this is recommended! If not, there is a curtain, don’t worry. In terms of location, the hotel is hard to beat. It is right near the Akihabara station for quick and easy access to the JR lines. It is centrally located so everything Akihabara has to offer in terms of shops, restaurants, amenities and arcades is within easy walking distance - including the massive Yodobashi Akiba megastore. The massage chair in the room was also thoroughly enjoyable to use. It’s one of these things I never knew I wanted or needed to use until an opportunity presented itself. It’s no substitute for any real massage, but it’s a lovely way to help unwind in the room after a lot of hectic traveling.

Love that the Remm Akihabara is literally 100 steps from Akihabara Train Station. The 24 hour Family Mart is about 40 Steps from front door. The Staff at Remm Akihabara are very courteous. The rooms are nice, the shower is great (lots of hot water). View is great from rooms on the front, and the back. The laundry service is nice, Washer/Dryer combo. and you can monitor the status of your washing on the TV set.

The best location! Just steps from the JR station exit, super convenient. The elevators were slow though they have 3, a couple do not go all the way down and all stop at the 6th floor (lobby) every time. The building appears new and very clean. Of course the room is small but decently functional. The massage chair was meh, would choose without and get more space if I could. Would love to stay again in Akihabara, either this hotel or another one with a little more space.
