Place was very clean and convenient to several restaurants on the same street. Staff very friendly. Very close to the Tamachi train station which made it easy to travel to other parts of the city. I highly recommend this place.

I stay here regularly and really have come to depend on this hotel for my longer business trips. It is not a luxury hotel (or a place for lounging about/romance) but if you are mainly going out for the day and want to just relax at night, this hotel is incredibly comfortable, modern, clean and efficient with terrific value for money. The area right around the hotel is slightly shabby but the nearby Tamachi station (linked to subway and train lines) has literally everything you need including salad and coffee shops and a fancy grocery store with great international food. It’s also literally less than a 2000 yen ride by taxi to Ginza, Roppongi, Azabu and many popular places in the city. I also really want to take a moment to commend the staff for regularly going over and beyond the call of duty. They are incredibly honest, hardworking and immensely considerate. This morning a front desk manager spent a long time helping me wrap and send packages out and he was also so conscientious the last time I was there. I have to say a word about the joyful atmosphere amongst the cleaning staff. They call out good morning every time I walk down the hallway. Shizutetsu is actually a railway company from a rural prefecture so part of me believes they have a lot of experience in logistics and management. In writing this I’m possibly creating further demand and higher prices but as a global traveler I’m a believer in promoting true quality where you find it as it’s a rare commodity!

Great area - a bunch of convinence stores in short walking distances, hotel also offers breakfast at a decent price if not included in the stay. Loved the room it was so spacious

Really great bathroom! Much bigger bath than most hotels and the shower/tub was very deluxe.The Airconditioner worked great but the thermostat was impossible- I had to get staff to help. I even looked up that brand of thermostat to find Utube video and couldn’t work it.

트윈룸 시설 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 두명이 캐리어 펼치고 짐 꺼내둘 여유공간도 충분했고, 화장실도 꽤 넓어서 비좁은 느낌 없이 쾌적했습니다. 역에서 조금 걸어야 하지만 주요 관광지나 공항까지 교통이 편리한 위치입니다. 직원분들도 친절하시고 여러모로 머물면서 불편한 점이 없었습니다. 다음에 또 도쿄에 방문해야 한다면 여기 머물고 싶네요. 추천합니다!

I think it's an easy to get around place with a quick walk to jr and combi the breakfast was great with great options. The only thing is I couldn't watch the tv to see Netflix etc. only Japanese channels

Nice place with a decent amount of space. There are 4 laundry/dryer machines. You could check your laundry's status by using the TV. Walking distance from JR Tamachi station, so it's easy to get on the Yamanote or Keihin-Tohoku Line. Mita Station is also close by. Walking to/from the station, you'll find lots of food around the area - restaurants, izakaya, or combini food. It's a great place! I would definitely come back again.
