I stayed in a single bed room. The bathroom was much better than the typical "unit bath" you find in similar places, but the desk space was very minimal - it bordered on unusable. If you're booking for business, or need to stay in touch with work, these desks won't work for you.

No air-conditioning in the room.
The bad experience was about the air-conditioning. There was no air-conditioning in the room. We felt the room was stuffy and then we set the temperature to the lowest and the fan speed to the maximum, still there was no cool air coming out from the ducting. When I asked the front desk staff. She told us that the hotel management turned off the air-conditioning during autumn in order to save energy. However, this issue was not highlighted when we made the booking. Neither the front desk staff informed us upon checking-in. We opened the window but only a some gap was possible technically due to security reason. The room was hot and stuffy throughout the 4 day stay. We are seeking for a compensation for such poor condition.

I stayed here for 2 weeks this summer. I am actually very impressed by the facility, especially their well trained professional staffs. Peng, paul is a manager who i met during morning buffet. He is really caring and wanting to offer more for a pleasant stay. Me and my daughter had a difficult time adjusting jet lag. He sent up a delicious tray of dessert. We felt so loved and welcomed. Another hotel personals name: chan, hao wen. He literally recognized me and my daughter since day 1. He proactively offered so many assistance with our package and food deliveries. Always respectful, and polite. Our room is spacious for the price we paid. Bed is very comfortable. We were able to have restful sleep every night. We didn’t have any AC issues. The only drawback for me is that there is no ice machine on the floor, i love my drinks cold. I had to call front desk daily to ask for ice deliveries every single time.

AC is not working, especially in triple digits hot summer in Japan. Temperature for the AC in the room cannot be adjusted, it’s set to certain temperature by the hotel and the room never gets cold.

Poor air conditioning system
The air conditioning system is very poor in room 811, no cold air come out. During the very hot summer, it is not acceptable. Although the front desk gave us the fan immediately, but there was still very hot in the room.
