Room for improvement and needs an update
The hotel allows you to bring along pets, which was evident in the first room we were offered as there were pet hairs in the bed. The second room hadn't been prepared at all and the third one was adequate. Shame really because all of the staff in reception were extremely pleasant and very apologetic

It was ok if your not disabled
To start the hotel carpark disabled were being abused and women. This was highlighted to the staff they didn’t seem to be interested with this we ask for a room close to the entrance also due to disability however we most of been given the one room the furthest away with no lift for the size of this hotel

Pleasant, clean and value for money
Easy to access location, with plenty of local ammenities. Clean hotel and quiet, triple glazed rooms cut out lots of the outside noise. I'd definitely stay here again for my next visit to Acocks Green

Couple of minor issues; Room 207. Bathroom door needs sanding/planing as stuck against the frame making it difficult to open/close.,1 shower screen runner broken so screen didn’t shut fully. Picture on the TV dark. Not able to adjust as menu option on TV remote had been disabled.

I stayed for a night after show set up at the NEC. It was only a short drive and easy to get to! Car park was not obvious but was behind the hotel and once i had found it was safe and easy to park! Room was clean and comfy. Nice bed and the tv worked! Just what i needed after an exhausting day! (Lots of places to eat right outside the door and supermarkets very close!)
