Okay for a couple of nights. Convenient location, quiet & warm with off-street parking. Could have a bit more attention to cleaning and also some blackout curtains to shut out exterior lighting. But, overall, decent enough for the price.

Would benefit from dusting and a deep clean!

Initially the property looked very nice. It was quiet as I expected considering the time of year. The room was smaller than expected but there was enough space for us as a family. The room appeared clean but the bathroom was hugely disappointing, with the horrible damp smell and mould all over the shower. My wife couldn’t stand it so bought bleach and cleaning stuff and thoroughly cleaned the shower, which actually had flies coming out of the drain plug. We used an entire bottle of bleach to clean it. Upon closer inspection, all surfaces in the room were covered in a layer of dust too. Overall it was quite disappointing as the property looks really nice, but a lot more attention is required on the cleanliness of it, especially the shower if our room was anything to go by.

We stayed here last year nice place. The walls are thin could hear next door snoring and his phone woke me at 7.30 not liking his ringtone of sweet child of mine at that time in a morning. You get a code to get in and key lock box. So you dont see anyone.

Disappointing

I have stayed here with my husband a few times and it has always been convenient, clean and offering everything needed at a budget price. However this time I was on my own and got a single room. The room was very small, not a problem as I was just sleeping there and it was clean, but the mattress was hard and lumpy and i didnt sleep well. There was no hairdryer in the room and there was no way of accessing one early in the morning so overall I was disappointed especially as I have used here before.

A comfortable night's stay

Check in was easy, comfortable room and modern, good quality furnishings. The bathroom could have been cleaner since there were lots of hairs on the floor. The Chinese Takeaway next door was much appreciated.

Clean decent Accommodation

My stay at Dakota was pleasant. Room was clean and place is decent. Staff was friendly and stay was enjoyable. Joy who I believe is one of the new owners was friendly knowing I was from the USA. Thanks for everything my stay was great!
