Loved this hotel. Very beautiful and staff was friendly! Loved my stay!

We went for my daughter‘s birthday week and their service was really nice. They came and cleaned every single day. I didn’t have to ask them in the come and clean and they did a great job. The only thing that was lacking was food we was told by the front desk that the restaurants on the fourth floor would be open. They were not. I’m not even sure if they even opened. The breakfast downstairs at the restaurant is limited days and hours, but they do have a café in the middle of the hotel that you can use. Getting to the restaurant on the fourth floor is an inconvenience because you have four different elevators depending on your color that you’re in you come down to the third floor and you can walk to the fourth floor or you can come down to the third floor and find the elevator to get to the fourth floor, but it’s kind of far for someone with a disability. That was like the only downside that we found but everything else was immaculately great

This property is excellently located near the Hollywood Walk of Fame and several other attractions. The staff are so friendly, we even got a complimentary room upgrade! Everything is super clean and the breakfast at Preson's was amazing. Would stay here again without a doubt.

The room was really nice and clean. The lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful.

Liked the vibe and the art. Would book again on a returning trip
