Love staying at the Royal Bath Hotel. Staff are helpfull and friendly and the rooms are always ckean and comfortable.
Thhe evening meal was also very nice and at a reasonable cost
It is a very nice hotel now , Very friendly helpful staff who are polite and caring. Our room was lovely with everything we needed. Shower was amazing. Had no problems whatsoever we had a lovely time there . Would definitely stay there again as love going to Bournemouth. Will probably be staying there again soon .

Terrible stay.
There was no light on the bathroom mirror, the heating didn’t work in the room and the shower was Abysmal it trickled out and I took a video of the tap when I tried to run a bath it would of taken a week to fill up.
I will be making an official complain, on arrival a gentleman was checking out and he turned to me and said whatever you do ‘do not have the breakfast it’s absolutely revolting’ so that was my welcome to the hotel. I’m extremely disappointed on this occasion and have stayed in the royal bath a number of times.
The room was the best one we’ve stayed in at the hotel ( 3 times this year )
The only downside was whoever was in the room above was walking around and making a noise up to about 3am
That’s the first time this has happened while we stayed there
All the staff were great, with a special mention to the restaurant staff

Changed room to better of me at no extra cost..friendly..excellent location for theatre @beach
WiFi, leisure club and breakfast wasn't included, hotels.com showed it was included.
Room a bit old n cold.
Staff polite and helpful in reception though
I had to book a room on short notice. I didn't realise that I needed photo ID that I don't have and got refused my room with no refund. So I had to book another hotel room and am now over a hundred pound out of pocket.

Lovely old hotel
Lovely hotel with a decent pool and sauna. Great position and grounds. It once was THE best hotel in Bournemouth but is a little down at heel...maybe part of its charm I would happily return.
We upgraded our stay and the manager made sure we were very comfortable through out our stay. I liked that you pay for food and leisure separately. So you can use what you need. Food especially wanted to eat outside with many choices available locally. Sea view, must go Swimming and spa its the most relaxing as well as the balcony for sun and coffee. Make sure you call up the hotel to check whats on as live music was very well planed and perfect for the drinks at the bar. Very welcoming and pleased.
the room was sparse as nowhere to put your case normally there are stands for the case, no maids for the room ie make the bed, you had to go to reception for clean towels. would not stay there again the only good thing was the name ie The Royal grand hotel
