Very good location, helpful workers, and lovely hotel!

Our stay at the hotel over Christmas was an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and excellent customer service. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. The room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated, adding to the festive mood of our trip. One of the highlights was the breakfast – it was exceptional! The variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes catered to all our tastes. Everything was well-prepared, and the quality was top-notch. The overall experience left a lasting impression, and we truly appreciated the effort the hotel put into making our stay enjoyable.

The best stay in liverpool. The best new years eve party . Definitely i will come back. The staff us so friendly, the housekeeping comes very regularly to clean. Super clean hotel. All the amenities. Hairdryer On suite . Comfy beds. Sheets feels very fluffy. No rude bext door neighbours. Very close to the train station

Staff were so friendly, loved how the hotel was decorated- more storage for clothes would be great but overall we had a great stay. Recommend visiting the spa!
