Had a good stay … the room we were given the air con was broken after a couple of phone calls we were eventually moved to an upgraded room … breakfast was lovely .. bar good happy hour 5-7 … Porter was very helpful and extremely friendly

Amazing hotel, perfectly situated beside Matthew’s street. Rooms are beautiful, bed is very firm though. Breakfast was great, and the bar is lovely. Excellent hotel

Amazing location, at the top of the famous Matthew Street. Hotel is great although room felt a bit tired. Reception please change those cheap pens at check in, it’s 4 star hotel and a pen is one of the first things guest experience.

From the moment we stepped through the door, we realised this hotel was special. Mo and Eric on reception were amazing! Welcoming, funny and friendly and are an absolute asset to the hotel - Thanks Guys! Room was great and the communal areas are a must for Beatles fans. 10 out of 10!

We had a balcony room 504. Clean and comfortable. TV in an awkward position on the dresser facing the wall not the bed. Shower screen was too large, made it very difficult getting in and out of the bath. No fridge in the room. This room is on the cavern club side, so if you are a light sleeper:-(. Overall really good, just a few niggles. Location excellent, close to shops, entertainment, Albert docks. Recommended.

The staff at the reception did everything possible to take care of you. Erick was so helpful from the moment we arrived. He was super. There were 2 other gentleman from Egypt who also did helped us a lot, sorry I don’t remember their names. The only 2 issues we had was that parking wasn’t available at the property and the second one was in the dining room. Dinner was denied 1 hour prior to closing. The next day similarly dinner was denied one hour before closing but after we complained with the front desk they allowed us to dine. The simple dinner that we ordered took over 1.5 hours. I still would highly recommend this hotel special if you love the Beatles. We had a wonderful time. I think the restaurant needs better or

Great stay
Fantastic hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovelt bar with happy hour between 5 and 8 - definitely recommend the Berry Lane cocktail. The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is because of the type of room we were in (joining) you could hear everything from the room next door.
