Having an issue of the water randomly turning off for the hotel, and only finding out about it via a sign on arrival, is poor service, honesty and etiquette. Made worse by, of course, it happening while I’m in the middle of showering and rushing to get ready for an event..

great location and service. HOWEVER if you are in a room that backs on to Matthew St you will be hearing the music of the pubs and Cavern Club (even if you have no windows) until just before midnight
