1st time as guests so hit and miss
Linen was wet/damp on arrival (Johnsons Quality of linen was poor). (Fishers laundry services would be a better option) Car parking was far to expensive at £17 per day. Used a 24 our car park which worked out half the price for our stay. Parking should be discounted for guests. Long queues at breakfast while waiting for products to be cooked/topped up. No vegan options.

Good, clean and comfortable
Excellent staff, they really make the hotel. It’s a chain from Hilton so the hotel is kept to a good standard. Rooms are clean, have the normal facilities and noise pollution from other rooms is very minimal. Good location ( from my angle), right up on the south shore. Its out of the main action but near the pleasure beach and you can walk to town for the sights

was average the room was rather cramped and i did explain i had a daughter in a wheelchair and i had stayed here before and i wud of liked the same room but they said it wud be an additional £150 which i am not sure why !! so this time i am not happy about my stay as we didn’t enjoy it as much as we did last time sadly and the staff were not as friendly or helpful

Excellent food and clean rooms. Definitely recommend. The parking is a little extortionate at £17 per night. There are free street parkings just in the adjacent streets.

Would stay again, with a view I need to eat out as they don’t cater for celiac disease, noting this was a child, or asked if there were any allergies etc. the rooms where spotless , beds very comfortable indeed, with a good range of products in the bathroom and shower , BBC 1 (tv) has no volume, and more information about such issues is times of check out & extra costs of parking would be beneficial. Albeit a very comfortable stay, near to fair and transport links such as trams .

I thought with the name Hilton in the title!!!
Check in was slow, it was booked late so I never seen the email offering online check in. I parked my car in the Hotel car park and gave my car details when checking in, on check out I was told I owed £35 for parking . The reason I chose this hotel, which is not in a prime location, was the lack of and cost of parking in Blackpool nearer the attractions and there was no mention when booking that there was a cost for parking(I was told at checkout I should have read the sheet of paper I was handed when I arrived). If this information was on the web site I would have reviewed the cost and booked else where. The family room is not a family room but a double room with two double beds in it and little or no room for your clothes. Breakfast was terrible, they do not have the capacity to deal with a full hotel so after standing in a queue for 20 min and get to where the food is(whats left) there was no plates or trays, by the time you get something and get back to a table it is cold. This is not the staffs fault as they tried their best.

Family blackpool hotel stay
Very convenient location as a short walk to the pleasure beach and the other local attractions. The hotel itself is very modern and clean. The reception staff became very overwhelmed at many points of the short stay. The lifts went out for a period of last night. The bathroom door did not lock in our room. We were only given 1 room key. The breakfast time is very very hectic and not relaxed at all. The food was good 7 out of 10 . The cleaning staff are very polite and kind. Parking £15 a night is extortionate, joke! Gym is small but in good condition with towels and a water dispenser
