Dirty sheets, crumbs, and nothing was credited
Arrived around midnight to dirty sheets that hadn't been changed - crumbs and hairs when we pulled back the duvet - gross. Night manager apologized and brought up clean sheets but had no clean pillowcases, so again...gross. Same crumbs were on the floor and nightstand. Obviously not cleaned. Apologies are great, but maybe not charging us the full rate when the room is filthy would have gone a lot further in the lasting impression. Something should have been done. Breakfast was decent, but not sure I'd stay there again with what happened and how it was handled.

I was a lovely hotel, perfect location within Harrogate. Just one thing that would have made it so much better as fresh cooked breakfast instead of the hot plate style. You do breakfast in the bar so why not for hotel guest?

Bar dining areas loverly clean , food /drinks good quality, service very good The room let the whole experience down very poor finish , grouting and silicone really bad , dirty glass low level shower tray ( mould/ grime ) bathroom floor needed a good clean and room floor a good hoover ( bit all over floor ) the windows were disgustingly full of mould and condensation , wood was rotten in places and need attention, bugs on window sill. Very noisy as on road side of hotel , only one bedside table . We were very disappointed in the room for the price £300 for 2 nights . Will definitely go back to Harrogate but not to this hotel Very very grubby room

Hotel was lovely , bed was comfy it was a small cozy room so if want bigger room go for something different,otherwise was nice , breakfast was nice different options, liked the fresh juice maker,pub itself was lovely

Very nice stay at the inn, great hotel , amazing breakfast , nice bar , great staff. price was also great so stop here instead of major chain hotels, service is much better
