I booked a queen bed room and was given a two twin bed room. The front desk was able to change the room to a double bed in an accessibility room. They were friendly. Lots of dining nearby. We walked everywhere and were able to take the tube easily.

I wasn't impressed when I first saw my room. It was unlocked for starters. The carpet was stained and seemed dirty and the shower floor looked like there had been a flood of water. I called reception &she said the room hadn't been cleaned yet. It looked made up to me. The next room the carpet was even worse stained and dirty. I called reception again& i was told "just stains, put up with it." My partner had shower &the bathroom floor flooded with water. I called reception again. They said they would send maintenance 1st thing in the morning. When partner got out the shower he called them and complaiend harder&said it wasnt acceptable and told them about his hotel buisness. They eventually came up to change my room again. The next room carpet was a lot cleaner. The shower was over a bath and it looked much cleaner and neater over all. I still couldnt relax as much as i felt so disappointed in the beginning, i don't like changing around. The staff apologized (finally)&said i would get a 30% discount. (Hope they stick to their word) as the bed was 2 singles pushed together and i paid ffora queen room. The shower in the morning i noticed was low down so when i washed my hair i had to kneel down. It wasnt too bad, better than flooding the whole floor. The elexis shower gel and shampoo and hand creams were lovely to use and smelled gorgeous. The lobby and reception area looked stunning. Really smart area. The bed was so comfortable and i slept very good.

My Experience was great from the staffs the aesthetic and amazing breakfast my stay was great I would highly recommend and Ester was a brilliant at taking my photos Ester is a grrat photographer.
