A below average hotel with the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Apple Maps doesn’t have the hotel in the correct location so we walked back and forth looking for it for 10 minutes before finding it in the first place. Lobby is under construction so escalator isn’t working and needed to wait for a lift to get to the reception area, which isn’t on the ground floor. Our room was in the “new” building, meaning we had to navigate through the construction again to go outside and find our room in the building opposite. Room appeared very tired but clean. The air con was stuck on so we were cold while sleeping. All of these things could be overlooked if not for the mattress that felt like it must be 20 years old with springs bulging out into your spine or organs. Oof. The breakfast was very good, albeit crowded, and the staff were kind while very busy.

After booking a club room here I was throughly disappointed with having to leave the main hotel building and go to a different building. I was advised at check in breakfast had not been booked, I showed my booking which included breakfast to the reception team whom then added it. Poor show for a nearly £300 for one night room, will not stay here again. A travel lodge or premier inn would have provided a better experience for less.

The hotel had a massive issue of system failure where none of the room keys worked. Staff members had to walk me to the room and leave me there. Obviously, was no light in the room, so should have just slipped in my Waitrose membership card into the slot for the card key in the room. Instead had to use the torch on my phone. Staff is okay, but the this experience was not good one

Nice hotel in good location but requires some upgrading in the bedrooms/bathrooms to make it a 4star - stains/spillages on walls not cleaned, build up of limescale on shower head and grime build up on shower curtain! Hairdryer outdated and overheats in hand! However very friendly and helpful staff and has the potential to be a great hotel standards of decor and detail upgraded and improved!

Hotel was clean, checkin was easy, although I hadn’t realised that there were 2 separate blocks which was unnerving when I arrived for a late checkin. The hotel is clean and comfortable but is quite dated. We were there on a very windy night and the windows whistled and rattled. Hotel is in a good location close to the tube and good bus routes.
