Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. The bed was slightly small for a couple but very comfortable. Classic Shepherds Bush hotel right in the mix of everything but still remaining quiet enough through the night.

Hotels has been revamped
Nice budget hotel. Second time ive stayed and hotel has really improved.. Stayed in double room. Very comfortable and warm. Would definitely stay again. 10 minutes walk to Shepherd Bush underground and Westfield shopping center

I saw many horrible reviews for this property and was a bit skeptical of staying here. But it was actually really lovely. The rooms are small but it has everything you need. The bed is comfy the shower is nice. The tv has many channels. There is a fan, hair dryer, small complimentary toiletries, coffee making facilities and a mini fridge. I stayed in room 60 and it has some flaws. For example the radiator worked sporadically, but luckily the property is warm inside so I didnt need it. The pillow was a bit flat, would be nice to have two rather. There were some broken tiles in the bathroom that need fixing. The room was very clean and the wifi worked very well. The staff are lovely and helpful and they supply clean towels every day and take our your trash. I felt safe staying here and it is on such a nice street full of grocery shops, restaurants and walking distance from 2 underground stations so very easy to get into central London. It has a lot of stairs so take it into consideration when you have lots of heavy luggage. Overall a good stay for a couple of nights in london.

We where supose to stay at the sapphire hotel but 24hrs before the stay got a notification saying we could be put in the sister hotel the pearl. Which we ended up staying in the hotel staff where friendly. But the room was very basic and nothing like the pictures. We found mars bar wrappers under the bed. 😏

We book the sapphire hotel but on arrival we were put in the pearl hotel 3 houses along. Where the reception is for both hotel. Communication good , checked in 8.30 pm no trouble very helpful man on reception told us all we needed to know. Room small , clean and warm , clean fresh bedding , bathroom clean with complimentary shower and shampoo, hairdryer, hot shower, clean towels . Coffee tea and milk Good location 5-8 min walk to tub and Westfield centre

You will most likely stay in the pearl/emerald hotel within the same chain. The rooms are small, clean enough, and all right for 2-3 nights. We did hear a couple of arguing above us at about 1am, but management is 24/7, and they sorted it out.
