Hotel was basic in the room but clean and has all you need for a night or a few. Bed was comfy, shower was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Location was absolutely perfect for me, minutes away from Westfield. The only thing I have to note is if you’re in the 3rd floor or above, make sure you’re fit enough for the stairs haha. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in London

The hotel could not have been more convenient for Shepherds Bush tube station as it’s less than a 30 second walk from the exit/entrance. You have to buzz to gain entry and there is also a phone number outside above the cash machines in the downstairs convenience store. Steep stairs, but this was pointed out in the advertisement. Room had all we need. The bedding was clean, though the curtains and divan appearance had seen better days. The bathroom was well presented, but there was a smell from the shower drain at various times in the day, which seems to be an issue with smaller establishments with a number of rooms. Hairdryer in the bedroom with adjacent mirror and small desk and chair, and multi-use hand wash/lotion in the bathroom. Place to hang clothes and a fridge in a bedside cabinet, however this did not get cold however long we tried. Stones throw from Westside shopping centre with multiple restaurants. Bus stops and overground rail also incredibly handy. When we stayed there was a cloth façade outside and just a glimpse of the street. We weren’t disturbed by workmen though. For the closeness of transport transport into the city, and reasonable cost I would stay again.

The hotel was very good. One minute walk from the nearest subway station and there is 24/7 convenience store next door. The room is modern and clean with a small fridge. However the area was a bit dirty and many drunk people during night time. However, during day time was ok.

Nice hotel but very small rooms
I don't know if this is typical of London hotels but the rooms here are super tiny. Also not having a lift made it really difficult to lug a heavy suitcase up three flights of stairs in addition to the lobby stairs. If you are traveling with a lot of luggage or have mobility issues I would avoid this hotel entirely. That being said hotel itself is very nice. It has an elegant decor and the staff was very nice. The location is a little shady and bit hard find. The entrance is tucked away between two other buildings and the scaffolding made it even harder to locate especially at night.

Great hotel for short stays.
Shepherds Bush is quite a noisy area, but the double glazing kept the noise levels low. The room was a double and although quite small, had everything you would need. The decor was pleasant and the aircon was quiet and efficient. The shower was excellent and the bed very comfortable. There was complimentary water and tea/coffee making facilities. Recommended for short stays.

Unassuming from the outside, but really nicely decorated and modern inside. Very friendly and helpful staff. 2 mins or less to Shepherds Bush underground and overground. Very close to lots of restaurants.

Fine is about the best I can say. Really soft bed and thin old hollow fibre pillows. Not to mention the room needing a deep clean (heavy dust on lap fitting, grout and caulk in the bathroom needed deep cleaning/replacing)
