Simply amazing staff who are always polite and nothing is too much for them. From our checkin to room service to check out, every member of staff we met were exceptionally polite and always smiling. The food ordered in the room was subpar as it was bland and the chips were not cooked properly. However the staff really make this hotel stand out.

One night stay for a celebration at another hotel nearby. Conveniently close to Milton Keynes Central train station. Didn’t really get to use the all the facilities but stay was comfortable and staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice. Would visit again.

Reception staff welcoming and pleasant, they changed my room quickly without a fuss, as I had been put in a double instead of twin. Dining room staff at evening meal were helpful and attentive, meal was nice albeit a bit pricey. At breakfast the coffee machine broke during service, only basic flask coffee available. Staff failed to advise it was broken until asked.

Room was not clean. Found a clump of hair on the desk and on the chair. Moth in the bathroom and insect by the window. Building is very old. Floor boards creek when anyone walks along the corridor.

Our second stay in 2 years at this hotel which is easy to find and handily located for the golf centre. Early room availability was provided in order to allow us to attend a funeral. Room clean and a decent standard, bar staff cheerful and friendly. We ate in the restaurant on one night with good service and good food.

The hotel team allowed early check in as we were attending a funeral. Room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the electrics stopped working at night and we have to move rooms - inconvenient but well handled by the team

The check in was brilliant and the lady on the front desk was very accommodating and helpful! The room its self was spacious and very comfortable however as tiered in places. The tea & coffee facilities are very poor for a 4* hotel! The kettle was grubby and plasticky and was more like 3* than 4. The room was really dark which was excellent for a good night sleep. The tv was supposed to be a smart tv but didn’t work properly. The hotel also has EV charging which is a fabulous feature!!
