Property is a great location staff is great. The hotelnhas renovated lobby looks great.

Great service and great location! Alarm system should be handled better. Unexpected alarm has triggered and there was no clear action response from people in charge for at least 10 minutes.

The view out the window (any room number that ends in 11) was a clear line of sight of the ball in Times Square.

Loved the room with its comfy king size bed, closet shelf’s and great shower. The newly renovated rooms had style all the way down to the painting in the room. Only con was l wish there was shelves in the bathroom keep my stuff in travel bags or on the desk outside the bathroom.

The location was great!! Staff were helpful and courteous.

Great location. Some members of staff could be more courteous. Breakfast was disappointing.
