All staff are very friendly. The facility is very clean, and the room is spacious. It is close to the train station, but not many restaurants and shops around the hotel

We loved this hotel. We stayed in 2 different hotels in Tokyo and what a difference location makes. This hotel is very close to the Suidobashi metro station but still manages to be in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety for both local and western palates. My husband and I were traveling with our adult daughter and they gave us three double beds and the room still seemed big and was definitely bigger than we expected. We would stay here again on future trips.

Friendly and helpful staff! Room is small but standard for the price in the heart of Shinjuku. Great location with tons of dining options, and with Shinjuku station about 10 mins away you have access to many subway lines, and it is also the starting point JR's special train to Mt. Fuji. A big plus is the excellent breakfast provided by the hotel with wide selection of typical western and traditional Japanese food items at a very reasonable price. Would definately stay there when back to Tokyo.

Great location, easy walk to Shinjuku Station. Nice bar with view of Godzilla head, clean and very helpful staff. We'd stay there again.
