We liked the location on the warf. It is right by a trolley station. We had reserved a garden view but instead had a partial street level view. The property itself was clean and the staff was nice.

Excellent location to stay in San Francisco…located next to trolley turnaround and Ghirardelli. Two blocks from fisherman’s wharf. The room was excellent very spacious with a great view of the San Francisco Bay.

I was there for brief stay but directions for UBER pickup on both occasions were confusing. In once instance I had to walk behind the hotel....but didn't see where I was to stand...eventually driver stopped; I often have early morning flights and like to get breakfast but room service doesn't start till 7 and it took 30 minutes to arrive. Had to eat quickly. Need to accommodate early risers.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Right on the Fisherman’s wharf next to Hyde park and the trolley station. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. We will be back!
