Have stayed here multiple times. The hotel is always lively. Clean rooms. Great gym and pool (£5 extra). Good Indian Restaurant short walk away. Everything you need and very good value for money.

Its a great hotel, a little bit far from everywhere if you dont have a car. Tube is an £8 taxi ride away. Busy in the bar when the football is on. Very clean,comfortable rooms, good amenities.

Very basic for the price. I could hear the person talking in the room next door on their mobile through to 2am (he wasn’t being overly loud, just shocking soundproofing). It was rather warm the evening I stayed and the room was hot and stuffy. I had an operation the following day and needed to be at the hospital for 6am, I was hoping to be well rested. Unfortunately I wasn’t. Room was really dusty. Wouldn’t recommend unless you are paying close to £100-120 per night.

The room was comfortable but there were areas in the bedroom that hadn’t been cleaned. The bathroom flooded from the shower. The hotel hasn’t yet had EV chargers installed. But the staff were friendly and professional and my poached eggs still runny 👍

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Village Hotel that I feel compelled to share. During my stay, I experienced multiple instances of staff intrusion into my room, which left me feeling violated and uncomfortable. The lack of respect for guest privacy and the overall poor management of this situation was unacceptable. Furthermore, the general attitude towards customers and the lack of value placed on guest satisfaction was evident throughout my stay. It is clear that customer service and guest experience are not a priority at Village Hotel. I strongly advise potential guests to reconsider staying at this establishment, as the disregard for guest privacy and the overall poor management make it an unsuitable choice for accommodation.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Village Hotel due to the continuous intrusion of the housekeeping staff into my room early in the morning. Not only were they walking in on me while I was naked, but the overall service from bottom to top was terrible. Despite raising the issue multiple times, the privacy and security of guests were not prioritised, and this unacceptable behavior persisted. This experience has left me feeling violated and extremely dissatisfied with the level of service provided at Village Hotel. I urge future guests to be cautious when considering a stay at this hotel or just don't even waste your money, as the lack of respect for guest privacy and the overall poor service make it an unsuitable accommodation choice.

Relaxing and comfortable stay.
Amazing stay at a luxurious hotel. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Facilities were magnificent and the bed was very comfortable. A decent breakfast in the morning and access to the pool, steam and sauna for a few.
