The location is ideal for a short walk to the NEC, communal areas were clean and tidy, bar food was good, sadly the restaurant was not available durinng our stay. The leisure facilities were very good.

convenient to get to the airport a 10 min drive to resorts world. the leisure area changing room was awful huge puddles of water with no grip mats or slip signs. kettle yellow from inside. had no batteries in the remote however the reception was quickly able to resolve. worst of all was there was 2 power cuts during our stay left in darkness no way to contact reception, no use of lifts had to use our phone torch and go down in to the lobby area to find out what is going on! wouldnt stay again

Would stay again.
Very impressed with the lobby area, nice restaurant and bar areas - greeted by lovely staff. Room was dated but we didn’t pay much so we can’t complain. Used the health suite and we were pleasantly surprised how quiet it all was, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were lovely - pool was cold we were told it had been like that all week. But that didn’t put us off using it again the next day. Easy to drive to resorts world from here, lots of road works at the moment but the hotel is well sign posted.

Check room first
Reception and restaurant was fine, The room was less impressive, Curtains did not fit window, Floodlights on all night, therefore room was illuminated all night. No soundproof at all could hear everyone outside.
