As a person that is picky about my mattress, I am always hesitant about sleeping in Asian hotels when the mattress looks thin. But reading other reviews made me choose this hotel. Both my husband and I prefer sleeping in different beds so twins were perfect AND true to other reviews, the most comfortable beds and pillows! I wish all were this comfortable. Be sure to visit the noodle house across the street - spicy pork noodles to write home about!
It was really convenient and close by to a few train stations. Very quiet area and easy access to convenience stores as well.
It was not a big hotel, but it was big enough and sufficient for a one-night stay in my case. They had plenty of amenities in the hotel lobby.
Overall, very good place to stay in Tokyo.

As mentioned by others, location is near to metro lines so it’s convenient to make travel from the hotel.
The hotel staff is very warm and accommodative. Check in was fast and efficient, self check out was all the more efficient with the self kiosk.
The coffee machine and water dispenser at the lobby, together with other amenities that we could use at level 2 was superb.
The room is compact but it could fit us a family of 2 adults and 2 young kids fine. They love the bathtub without a doubt. Room was cleaned everyday. Basic things like shower cap etc can be taken at at the lobby as self service too.
Honestly, we enjoyed our stay at Belken Hotel. Will definitely come and stay again next time! Thank you!!
A nice location, in a convenient area. I am however, very disappointed with the front office staff. We had to modify our stay, and based on the refund policy at the time, we were entitled to a refund. The hotel front staff refused to acknowledge this and basically told us "the manager is not available to approve this", which meant we had to wait another day for the manager to speak to us, and therefore we no longer qualified for the refund. The manager's availability should not impact our ability to get a refund!
We had tried to work this out with the hotel directly, but there was no flexibility whatsoever. Overall, my friends and I are extremely disappointed with this service and we would not recommend this hotel. I also want to mention that hotels.com, the company, did not help us in any way.
1 night stay. Small, no frills hotel. Size for twin room was good. Room for 1 pax was very small but adequate. Both rooms were modern, clean & comfortable. Helpful reception from Kai. No bottled water. Free coffee & tea selection at lobby. Nearest station is Awajicho Station (Marunouchi Line) 2mins away. 7-11 opposite & dining options nearby. Price on the high side. Overall a good stay.
Amazing! The front desk staff, cleaning services and over amenities were above and beyond! Such great hospitality. Everything we needed, tooth brush, shower amenities were all there. Konbini across the street and train station was a 2 minute walk. 15 mins walk to Akihabara which was awesome
This hotel is as basic as it gets. Not even water bottles offered, no bellman and not even a trolley to help with luggages. Not even a washroom in the lobby. Beds were futons.
