The nearest train station is Kikukawa, which is around 650 steps from the hotel. There's 7-11 and Family mart nearby. The room itself is good size for a family of 4 (maybe around 40 sqm?), complete with microwave, kitchenware and utensils. It only lacks washing machine to complete the setup, but that's OK. The room is very clean, beds are comfy. Toilet w/ bidet and warm seat. Maruetsu supermarket is along the way to Kikukawa subway station. Buy your groceries there instead of convenient store as it is cheaper in supermarket. Ozeki supermarket is also near. The place is also quiet, except that there's an ongoing construction beside H2O while we were there. But by the look of it, they will finish it in no time as they work very fast, and we were not bothered with the noise since we're out most of the day. Internet is decent to fast, nothing to complain about it.
Overall, it's a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it. BTW, there's hardly anyone in the front desk, just press the buzzer if you need assistance.
Added info: Both Kikukawa and Morishita subway station have elevators. We took Skyliner to and from Narita airport then transfer via Oedo line to Morishita station and walk for about 10 minutes to reach the hotel.
