Was so happy with this apartment/hotel! The room was spacious enough to fit a queen bed and a single bed (we have 3 adults and 1 baby). The bathroom was huge - there's a bathtub and a shower area and the toilet is separate. Even though this is not directly at Shinjuku, the nearest train station is Okubu which is less than 5mins walk away and is one station away from Shinjuku. There's a laundry room with dryer where you can do your laundry for free. The hotel staff is also nice enough to allow us to place our luggages with them before our stay. Highly recommend this hotel!

Staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel is not soundproof at all, you can hear other guests walking around and even some fait talking. The laundry room is quite far in the basement and not super easy to locate. And checkout is a bit early at 10am with a fee for every hour you would like to extend it. It served its purpose and the room was quite large.

This place did the job. Staff was nice and we appreciated that laundry was free and that there were scales to weigh luggage. It was also helpful being able to park 3 full size beds together for our toddler. However the rooms were a little run down - paint cracking and water damage on the walls. Not in the best area for accessing all of Shinjuku, either. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Great stay- we were upgraded to a suite on check in, which was amazing! Lots of space, kitchenette, beautiful city view. Location is central and tonnes of food options right out the door.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location near Okubo station and a grocery store. Room was comfortable and reasonably priced. Great view of the city (from the 19th floor). Walking distance from Shin-Okubo (Korea town), Kabukicho, and other shopping and dining.
