What an amazing stay!! Top notch front desk & guest services hosts! Great amenities, clean, close to teamLab Planets, Fish Market, Daiba, Aqua City, Diver City & the Yurikamome Line! Also, to my surprise I had a room with a spectacular view of the city! Would recommend this hotel to everyone!!

Good sized room for Tokyo and ability to park two beds together helped with toddler. Nice shower and bathroom overall. There’s a convenience store on the first floor and the walk to Teamlab is just minutes. Overall, a nice place to stay if you have to be in Toyosu. Only negative would be that they seem to cater to large tour groups that seemed to crowd the lobby and elevators often smelled of smoke.

Hotel JAL City Toyosu is one of the greatest hotels out there. Very convenient, enormous breakfast buffet and kind staff. The room itself was very modern and clean with nice ambient lighting hidden throughout. The bathroom was clean and a decent view to complement it. No complaints at all and it's definitely worth the price. Great stay, great... everything!

I would highly recommend this hotel and I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times. The staff are friendly and courteous and go above and beyond to help you and it’s walking distance to mall and not to mention two train stations.

The hotel was 5kms from tokyo train station and shoppings, which was about 1 hour walk. but a subway station is located 5 mins walk to the hotel. Team Lab planets was about 15 mins walk . Restaurants and shops was only about 20 mins walk, though there is a restaurant in the hotel.and also a 24 hour seven eleven , I Which I loved . So handy for dinner ,beer, late night ice cream and ice coffee for me. The staffs were polite, friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable beds, good views of the city. We would stay here again.
