This hotel has the best breakfast. Room with great view but room size is very small for the price. It was so crammed that I searched for a different hotel on the day of arrival but unfortunately, neighboring hotels were booked. Gym is limited but sufficient for my use and it has a beautiful view of the hotel.

Next to Tokyo Station with all the shops and restaurants. Other metro lines are walking distance. Rooms are what you expect in Tokyo but this has more of a newer, modern establishment compared to other ones. Service was always great. Would return if doing things nearby Ginza.

Very nice property near the central Tokyo Station with excellent transportation options. Highly refined, polite staff always available (even though communication can be challenging since most are not really fully fluent in English). One huge disappointment: we were not aware that all dining services, bars room service etc. were closed for renovations. Very,very inconvenient for us.

Beds were smaller than we expected, but otherwise was a great room with a lovely view. The hotel is right by the train tracks but you can’t hear a thing. Easy walking distance to trains, shops and restaurants.

Excellent location, right next to Tokyo station. However, not a 4 or 5 star hotel.... more like a 3.5 to 4, similar to a business hotel. Rooms are small and a bit dated. But you are paying for location. If that's your priority, you are in the right place

Only the corner room works for us whereas the rest of the Terrace room is too small for 2-adults and 2-children age 10 and 12. The hotel is just above/near Tokyo Station, Yaesu Exit. We love the location ; hotel is between L27 to L34 at Sapia Tower.

Unbeatable Convenience and Excellent Service
The location is unbeatable—right by Tokyo Station, which is a major hub for local trains, the Shinkansen, and even airport transfers. Whether you’re planning day trips or navigating within Tokyo, this location makes everything incredibly convenient. The surrounding area offers a good mix of dining options, ranging from quick bites to high-end restaurants, and there’s no shortage of convenience stores and shopping malls nearby. It’s a bustling yet well-organised part of the city. The service at the hotel was excellent. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with any requests. My room was spotless, quiet, and well-equipped, offering a much-needed retreat after a long day of sightseeing.
