the hotel was lovely and provided so much space and comfort. the only down side to it was how far it was from the station, its not far far, just a max 10 minute walk from tokyo station but when you're walking with huge luggage it's a bit of a pain. Also the closest station was a little niche, meaning that i always had to use more than 1 train to get home.

Excellent service from all. Clean and near Tokyo station, so we can go everywhere from there. The toiletries super good and beds very comfortable to sleep like a baby. Hoping to comeback!!!

Felt fancy
Loved our stay. Good location, and room felt very fancy and clean. It was a little tight square footage wise but was manageable (for a couple in their late 20s) and the bench/table nook was great for breakfast. We were very happy with it and would definitely recommend to others.

Good location with reasonable price
We stayed at this hotel from 22 November to 27 November 2024. It is in a good location near the subway station. You can take bus numbers 15 and 16 from Tokyo station, which is just two bus stops from the hotel. The hotel is very clean, and the room size is considered moderate, not small in Japan. The only thing is that there is nothing to shop around the area.

Just okay hotel to stay. One thing I don’t like from this hotel is the fact that we had to go up to 14th floor where the reception area is and use another elevator to go to our room floor. Such inconvenient feature for guests. The room was just alright and pretty small. Other than that, all amenities worked fine.

Clean and Convenient, but Could Improve on Hospitality I recently stayed at Hotel Yae no Midori Tokyo located about a 20-minute walk from Tokyo Station, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is well-maintained and clean, with all the facilities in excellent condition. My room was comfortable and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is convenient, especially for those who enjoy exploring the city on foot or need easy access to Tokyo Station. Despite being so close to a major hub, the hotel is situated in a relatively quiet area, which was a nice surprise. However, the front desk staff could have been more welcoming. While they were efficient in handling check-in and other requests, the warmth and friendliness that are often hallmarks of Japanese hospitality were noticeably missing. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for cleanliness, location, and functionality. A bit more effort from the staff in creating a welcoming atmosphere would make this an even better experience.

The rooms are nice but it’s such a hassle as you have to always take two elevators to get to your room. The location is convenient as it’s just a 15 min walk to so many different metro lines. The TV is a bit old for the price of the hotel, it doesn’t connect well to YouTube. There’s really no amenities. It’s a nice hotel, but wasn’t really worth the price.

Lovely stay here in a great location, very close to Tokyo station. The hotel is comfortable and the staff were all very receptive and friendly. They held our luggage on both the days we checked in early and out late, with no dramas. It's a beautiful hotel, and the soundproofing was excellent, we only heard a few muffled footsteps from upstairs. The bathroom was exceptional, and we were able to enjoy nice hot baths to soothe our legs after long days walking through Tokyo. With only a short walk from here you can get a train that goes to Haneda airport, which was very convenient for us.

We enjoyed the design of the space and care for environment. The hotel is near a train station but also 10-15 min walk to Tokyo Station. It seems like a corporate area so there isn't much to do nearby. The queen size room is not a lot of space but we were able to make do with 3 large suitcases. It was a comfortable stay and would recommend.

Very convenient location to train stations. Room is clean and most staff are friendly. Elevator takes a while since returning to the room requires taking an elevator first to the lobby then switching to room elevators. Complementry ice green tea is a nice touch.

Enjoy the stay here! Very clean and staff were very kind. Small room by American standards, but fairly spacious compared to hotels in Tokyo. Loved the free drinks (tea/coffee/softdrinks) in the lobby. Close to subway lines. A bit of a walk to Dotunbori. Would stay here again.
