Wonderful stay in the midst of Tokyo
One of the best hotel experience I've had. Accommodating and friendly. Nothing not-so-good to say except for the buffet breakfast. I feel it was too expensive for the limited choices available that time. The staff did not even bother to ask if we'd like coffee for starters. That being said, however, the quality of the food (fresh vegetables, etc) were very good. But still, a bit too pricey.

Just a terrific place. Classic and refined. Even though Tokyo was really busy the hotel did not seem too touristy. Service was top notch. We never waited at the counter. They gsve us extra pillows and water. At least five employees greeted us every morning when we departed. Will definitely stay again.

Room was clean but we didn’t get a double bed and the view was pretty average. Also the bathroom was very small.

Amazing room service. They did my room 3 times in a single day. Every staff member greets you as you pass them with a very large bow. The room was very spacious. The bathroom is probably the best part. Very large, with a hot autofilling tub.

Food and Bev options not very good and very expensive. Room rates are very fair and the rooms are modern and clean. The staff is exceptional.
