Best hotel in near Mitsukoshi
Great hotel in a neighborhood filled with elegant shops and restaurants. The public bath was a definite plus and the service was impeccable throughout!

Just book it, you won’t regret it.
This is a great hotel. In the middle of plenty of shopping and restaurants. The staff were great, I will definitely return here on my next trip. Be sure to visit the lounge across from the check-in reception area.

Staff was great!!! Customer service was exceptionally nice. Rooms were a bit smaller than I wanted but I knew that when I booked this hotel. They kept our bags till it was time to leave to our next hotel which was extremely helpful. Again staff was amazing 10/10

Great location. Train stations close by. Or we would walk from Tokyo station, about a 20 minute walk. The hotel was nice but room was mostly black, so made the room dark, even with window and lighting. Made it seem dated. Not much counter space in room or bathroom. Also it was strange to walk in and have to go to the 9th floor to reception. Then from there take a different elevator to our room. Had to do that each time we went in and out of our room. The staff spoke great English, better than most of the hotels we stayed in while in Japan. I would stay again mostly bec it was in a less crowded part of Tokyo.

Great hotel with incredible staff !
Loved this wonderful hotel. Hotel is located above train station which makes it super convenient to get around Tokyo. It is across shopping malls and many restaurants. The area is very quiet ! Hotel lobby is on the 9th floor but there is a small front desk on the first floor to assist with luggage , directions, taxi etc. the hotel is beautiful and super clean. Rooms are well designed and bed very comfortable. The public baths are clean and nice as well. Breakfast buffet is mainly Japanese ( apparently it is known for this buffet) There are some western options ( hard boiled eggs , salad, breads, yogurt , fruit) . The staff of the hotel are all incredible! They were polite, helpful and it was a pleasure dealing with them. The staff at the breakfast area were the best! I want to especially thank YANO MIHO who took incredible care of us and the wonderful TAKANO. Thank you both for making our breakfast experience great!
