Good location, staff is super friendly. It’s a standard Tokyo hotel room. For Americans visiting, rooms in Tokyo are small.
Otherwise, we expected the room to be standard. After a few days of running around the city, it got claustrophobic.
Great hotel close to subway and only 10 mins from Yurakucho station (yamanote line). Also really close to Ginza Six and other shopping and restaurants. Ideal base for exploring Tokyo.
Quintessa is a beautiful, well-maintained hotel that is budget friendly for the amenities you receive. It must be noted that it does have small rooms, which is common in Japan. The great thing about the smaller room is it gets cooler faster and stays cool!
Great location! Forewarning: the rooms are TINY. My room barely had walking room around the full sized bed. It was almost impossible to open my suitcase as there’s no closet or staging area to put it. Otherwise, it was a great stay.
I have been to Japan many times and this is the only hotel staffs are not helpful and kind.
If Mr. Kaneko wasn't there, I would have given 1 star to this hotel.
Other employees working at late night and early mornings are just horrible.
They don't greet and when you ask them a question they give you a look like you are bothering them.
Room is very very small and very humid with AC on.
