Very small rooms
Rooms are very small and not comfortable at all. I know Japan is known for smaller rooms but these rooms are beyond small. There is only enough room for one person to walk in and out the hall and the restrooms are 1 person standing room only. The sink is cram in between the shower tub and toilet.

Quintessa Ginza is a relatively average-sized hotel that provides good-value-for-money accommodation for couples, families and lone travellers in the Ginza area. Its central location makes it ideal for people who require access to dining, entertainment, transportation and shopping precincts. The hotel location is adjacent to a wide range of train stations including JR lines, Metro and subway. The hotel is clean and well kept. The room and lobby spaces are small, but tidy and cleaned on a daily basis. We had fresh towels and replenished bottled water everyday. Our room was appointed on the highest 12th floor. We had good views of the Tokyo skyline from sunrise to sunset. Reception staff and room attendants were obliging and respectful of guests. We stayed for three days with no major dramas and issues with hotel amenities and staff. We love this boutique hotel, and would highly recommend it!

Great location. 5 min to Ginza metro. 5 min to Mitsukoshi for great lunch and dinner bentos. There was breakfast/lunch shop that was part of the hotel Very limited storage space. Tiny bathroom
