Hotel is located behind the main Shinjuku Washington Hotel which is accessed by a side walkway. Hotel is old and not close to Shinjuku Station (approx. 10-15 min walk). Very noisy rooms, we can hear people upstairs walking.

For the price in Uber expensive Tokyo, the room was large and comfortable, the location is quiet and it is a conveniently walkable distance from Shinjuku station. I would definitely consider it for a future stay in Tokyo.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was super convenient and close to all but relaxing and quiet, especially when you spend the day walking around all the shops and the tourist attractions. The room very clean and spacious for what Japan room sizes are, not like your typical room sizes back home.. I am definitely going back.. Thank you to the staff..
