The room is super small, it can just literally fit a double size bed and you couldn’t open your luggage at all. The room is kinda old but overall is clean. However the lift is very duty. Staff is friendly. However, I wouldn’t come back since the room is way too small.

Staff was very attentive. Check in was very easy, housekeeping staff was very friendly. They arranged to have our luggage forwarded to Kyoto, which was the 3rd leg of our trip. Price for forwarding out bags was exceptional. Location is close to shopping, dining and transportation. The only thing that took some getting used to is how small hotel rooms are in Japan.

I enjoyed my stay Sotetsu Fresa Inn Ginza 3-chome. It's almost a straight-line from the JR Yurakucho Station and is close to a couple of different Tokyo Metro stations. The rooms don't have much space for luggage but are otherwise fine as far as bed and bathroom are concerned. Facilities were clean and staff was friendly. As is the standard now, various amenities can be picked up in the lobby. The all-in-one clothes washer/dryer worked and was reasonably priced but beware overloading the units. They're small capacity compared to US washers and dryers and will not properly dry clothes if you exceed the capacity guidelines.

Great location but the rooms are very very small. Feels like you are in an airport pod. Even the pods have more room. Comfortable bed. If you are claustrophobic this is not your place.

Budget hotel but very good for the price and great if staying by yourself. Quiet, well located and clean. The room did have a musty smell I think due to fact that aircon and power turns off while you are out.

Be aware that the room was extremely small. There were 2 of us so it’s very hard to move around when trying to unpack or pack. There’s a side table on the bed which you may knock your head when sleeping. I think it’s ok if you are alone but certainly not two in a room.

Great location to stay at in Ginza. Transportation is quite accessible to the location and there’s many shops around like convenience stores to walk to. The hotel room was clean and had nice amenities. I would say that the rooms are typically very small and enough for having one luggage open at a time. The front desk was very polite and helpful in trying to get my group sorted with luggage retrieval and delivery.
