We booked a premier room with balcony and the door to the balcony was locked and we were not able to access. This is covered in the room size, so rhe room was quite a bit smaller. Nice quiet area. A bit far out if younare wanting to do all of the touristy sights. Room cleaners did a great job.

Not recommended if you want a good nights sleep
We stayed two nights in this hotel during our holiday to Tokyo with our older teenage children. The hotel is huge and modern. It is in a beautifully clean and modern part of Tokyo and handy for the station. Unfortunately the positives end there for us. The rooms are very small and the bed is more a three quarter bed with a mattress as hard as a brick. Two pillows provided which again were as hard as bricks. We didn’t sleep a wink. The restaurant shut very early and there was only a supermarket for getting drinks and snacks this hotel is clearly set up for minimal human input as everything was self service making it very impersonal. We didn’t like it at all.

One of the best hotels we've stayed at in Tokyo. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only downside is the amount of time required to reach central Tokyo, but it's still close to everything in Odaiba and to Disneyland. Great place for families, with family attractions and restaurants nearby.

The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. Their hospitality was great. I had to take out a few stars from my rating because of the room. We booked one of the premium rooms (you need a keycard to access a separate elevator to go up) and the carpet was old and dirty. The room also looked outdated and smelled like a wet animal or even moldy. I wish I could have rated with more stars because of the staff but I expected more cleanliness from the rooms, especially since the price is more expensive than most hotels in the area.

Staff very good -- enjoyed them all -- except check-in. We arrived at 1440 and were told check-in was not until 1500 so we could just wait. I asked if the rooms were ready and was told yes, but check-in was at 1500 so -- just wait. My wife was ill and needed to lie down. I asked if we could check in 15 minutes early. The lady checking us in sighed and said, grudgingly, "For 1000 yen, you can check in early." Seriously? The room is ready but we can't check in without paying extra? Gotcha!

We wanted to stay a bit further from Tokyo this time so picked this hotel as it offered larger rooms as well for a good price. We had a studio for 2 people which was very nice and comfortable with a great view from the balcony. Its about 5-10 minuets walk to the local train stations and has convenience stores and a restaurant hall very close. huge selection of food for breakfast! staff were helpful but not necessarily friendly, we often got hurried along or short sharp responses. lots of amenities and offer a shuttle to the airports which made life a lot easier
