Great, the automated check in system is overly complicated and spits out 5 or 6 different tiny receipts and was done by a kind staff member. It feels very much like 7/11 where you have to put your money into the machine while staff members stand around to assist. There’s a lot of other hotel options close by that still have traditional front desk check in service. While the hotel itself is nice, I probably wouldn’t recommend or return. I stay at this location 3 or 4 times a year for business.

Unforgettable nights in Ariake
It’s a big hotel with many outdated rooms. I would be very careful about the WHG hotels from now on. Its self check-in with the machine and the lobby personnel will direct you to the machine and her work is done. These rooms are overdue for renovation. The wallpapers in the room are dirty, the wallpapers are stink, the bathtub is loosen that it’s squishy when you stepped in. The insulation between the floor seems missing or i encountered few elephants stayed above. What else should I say… oh the taxi calling machine at the lobby is helpful!! WHG did a good job on directing guests away from their employees.

The breakfast was very good. The stuffs were very friendly. But the room especially bathroom was not clean especially the toilet! Very dirty with black stuff around the toilet. The back of the toilet was really dirty like never cleaned before. We only stay one night, so didn’t bother to call. Recommend the breakfast only.

Close to train stations, walking distance to Statue of Liberty and malls. Comfortable beds, clean, friendly staff and quiet area- although most Japanese are quiet and respectful by nature

Very convenient access to Disney parks and modes of transportation, many convenience stores and available restaurant options, and helpful staff for English-speaking travelers. Room was not as clean and nice, as there was dust and hair on many surfaces. Amenities were decent. Laundry room needs improvement: it gets too humid in there and therefore it takes more time than expected to dry clothes properly.

The hotel is between 2 stations, a bit walking. Hotel not near main attraction (ie. Deck/Aqua City...etc), needs to take train. Hotel is old. The mall (restaurants) attach to the hotel are dead, mostly closed.
