Very friendly staff, great location, nothing extremely fancy but exactly what we needed.

Everything was okay but a hotel without parking is not a good thing

The location is great and the staff very friendly.

I stayed in the smaller king sized room with the furnished terrace and I must say you’re not gong to get this price with the experience without paying atleast $700 a night in NYC…absolutely stunning !!

Absolutely perfect location for anything you would want to do in Manhattan. The only issue I had with the hotel itself is that it’s a bit outdated, the heat is extremely hot and you feel like you’re in a sauna. Our window was slightly cracked, and a draft was coming in, so it was a bit hard to regulate the temperature. The carpet definitely needs to be replaced. Other than that, it was just right for what we needed.

A lovely hotel. Steps from subway. Dining and shopping everywhere. Room was very comfortable. We appreciated the welcome gift. Bathroom was clean; looked like it had recently been retiled. Could have used soap at the sink instead of reaching to the shower for soap to wash your hands. Biggest issue was a lack of hot water. We addressed this at the front desk and received compensation.
