The amenities were very good. The location was unbeatable and it was a very short walk to/from the train station. Staff were very nice, and the attached restaurant was charming
It is run-down & dowdy, Dining room floor once carpeted, now ugly old boards. Evening meal always fish & chips or choice from 3 burghers! Breakfast penny-pinching. Cereals just cornflakes - no Weetabix or Shredded Wheat. Yoghurt cheap and nasty. Twice I had to send porridge back as it was cold.
Part of shower fixture fell on me.
Furnishings in my "junior suite" not up to Premier Inn.
Location is fantastic. Staff very professionnal. No stand for luggage in room, tiny wardrobe, safe is on the floor of wardrobe, had to get on hands and knees to access it. Four night stay and never made the bed. Coffee and tea cups in room never changed. Thick dust on wardrobe. All of which is fine except for a four star hotel.

Really nice room. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were lovely. Plinth of main door needs a clean - lots of bird bones, so not the greatest view. But, would definitely recommend and visit again.
Unable to sleep in the hotel room as all the windows were next to the air conditioning of the hotel which was super noisy. This room was smaller than the one we booked as the one booked was given to us undone.. even after complaining about the noise at the hotel and Expedia nobody agreed to a refund or a goodwill gesture... So never again

Check in was fast and easy. The lady at the front counter was friendly. Elevator is small. Room was small and the bed and pillows were hard and flat. There was room service trash left out in the halls from other rooms overnight that never got picked up. Be prepared for a lot of people loitering around the entrance of the hotel drinking and throwing up. Parking is non-existent. Closest parking lot is Manvers car park. But the location of this hotel is prime. You can walk straight to the Roman Bathhouses which are practically next door.
Very fun hotel in the center of the city. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Staff is great. Walkable to everything (literally around the corner from Roman Baths). Would definitely stay again.
It was perfect for my family and I. We were traveling by train. The hotel is Central located in Bath. We had access to everything around us for easily. The staff was very accommodating. We came early. We left late and were able to store our luggage without any problems. I would highly recommend.
Amazing location with pubs and restaurants close by. Ideal for our few night stay. Nice outdoor seating in hotel restaurant. Staff friendly and welcoming. Would recommend!
Great location in Bath. The bed was very comfy, the pillows could of been a little fluffier, they were flat. The parking was off site that you had to pay for, not use to that. Would stay there again.
