Unpleasant experience
It's been the worest experience I've ever had. Poor communication in sending the details. Difficult to reach due to unclear address and been waiting at the front of the door we couldn't enter for very long time due rubbish technology. It's very noisy difficult to sleep because of cars. No hot shower water. Dirty bathroom. Dirty stove. Very very bad mattress. Not suitable for more than two. Found a lot of hair on the bed. To be honest the decor is nice but the services are terrible, awful and unprofessional . I regret every single penny. Literally our holiday has been ruined. Of course they will be the first to come in mind when I'll be asked about a bad hospitality experience and I'm sure I won't face more worse than this. Adopting new technology and having nice design are useless if the basic services are absent.

It’s a No from me.
This apartment was not great for me. It was so noisy from traffic I thought the window was open. It wasn’t it was just poorly glazed. The vertical blinds just let too much light in. The worse thing was the mattress. I felt every spring and my back was in bits the next day. I paid for parking on the App and woke up to a ticket on my car which I will now have to dispute. There was supposed to be bottled water in the fridge but it wasn’t there. So all in all this property was over priced for what it was and I won’t be going back.

Great accom, poor communication
The apartment was absolutely fabulous but the stay was tarnished with poor communication on check in witj details not sent for nearly 2 hours and when an attempt to get the key this was not available as we were told there were maintenance in the room, it transpired this was the cleaner who hadnt finished (two hours after check in time). Such a shame as this would have been a perfect stay.

Worthless
It was disappointed and disaster the reason was when we got there the flat was not clean the lights wasn’t working it looks someone still was leaving in the flat so after 3 hours phone calling they gave us a different room which is fine !!!!!!I would never recommend this place with the amount I pay for this place
It was all mess and smelly
